guide Shyam. He is a real benefit to your organization. Shyam`s
Knowledge of the trail was excellent and I was quite surprised
at how many people Shyam knew on our trek.
I consider him not only a world -class Himalayan
guide, but also a world-class friend. I will come back to

Happy Adventure Treks & Expedition
We arrived back on Sunday at 12 noon, a bit weary from our
brief sojourn in Bangkok , where we managed only 2 hours sleep.
All of us without exception thoroughly enjoyed
our holiday in Nepal and the little minor hitches and mishaps
we encountered along the way were not a problem but only made
it even more memorable.
The organization of the whole trip went better
and smoother then we had dared hope for, especially as this
was a first time on both our parts. We must say we were very
well looked after throughout, especially during our trekking.

January 2000: Postscript from a Christmas
ascent of Island peak (6189 meters), Khumbu
After Exhaustive enquires of trekking agencies
around the capital, we were most impressed with " Happy
Adventure Treks & Expedition" They seemed the most
confident, organized and logistically capable. Our trek into
base camp and subsequent summit bid was successful and we
were lead by an excellent, courteous, helpful and unassuming
high altitude climbing guide from this agency. We owe our
successful climb to him.
Anyone wishing to use the above company
for trekking or climbing has my recommendation.

Dear people,
When you are fresh in Kathmandu and you need
a guide, usually you can't diversify between qualified trekking
agencies. In Tibet Guest house we asked the clerk to advise
us.. She said immediately " Happy Adventure Treks "
funny name ok.
In short Happy Adventure Treks & Expedition is a best
choice !!
